With added seasoning, spices, and rusk, and not a trace of gristle, these sausages are hand-linked and packed in 5kg packs of 38-42 sausages, ensuring a shelf life of 7 days.

Our Methods
All our sausages are made with 100% locally sourced Cheshire pork, delicately ground until it reaches the perfect texture. Some are un-smoked, while others are smoked over applewood chippings from our own orchard. We blend all our own seasonings too, using carefully selected coriander, ginger, cumin, peppers, chilli, and many more exotic spices. Then every sausage is cooked in natural skins before being hand-linked.
Presentation
Our sausages are packed in 20’s, each pack weighing approximately 1.9kg. Freshness is sealed in, giving a shelf life of 28 days. Whether you’re preparing for a festival, market, or special event, our sausages are designed to impress and satisfy.
